Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. As per Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Data Deleted: Your DocHouse user profile, device registrations, and any OCR text contributions will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
  • Data NOT Deleted: Because DocHouse stores your document images in your personal Google Drive, we cannot delete them. You must manually delete them from your Google Drive if you wish to remove them completely.
  • Access: You will immediately lose access to your synced documents across devices.

How to Request Deletion

To verify your identity and process the deletion securely, please send an email from the Google Account associated with your DocHouse profile:
